I am an Asian woman, and although I have just entered college, my family always has to talk about “getting married” and “having children” when describing their imaginary future life（To be exactly,what they are imagine is my future life…）… To be honest I don’t want to get married and have kids. I can’t figure it out if the end result of my reading and learning is just to make myself a “more valuable commodity” in the marriage market (I don’t like that… But their words always give me that feeling), so what’s the point of reading? Is it strange that women don’t want to get married? What exactly is the right thing to do?
