Periods without pain are like tea without sugar. Because whenever the term mensuration comes into anyone’s mind, the first thought is pain. And it is noticed that many women feel cramps before and during the mensuration phase. And almost for half of the women, this discomfort is nearly annoying. Periods are the vaginal bleeding that happens as a part of women monthly cycle. The most commonly reported menstrual disorder during periods is painful periods cramps, also called dysmenorrhea.
The period blood comes by breaking the inner lines of the uterus, called the myometrium. During the ovulation phase, after every 21 days. Also, PMS is a collection of symptoms that all girls face during the period. This collection includes back pain, headaches, feeling sad or emotional, irritability or moodiness, bloating, and breast tenderness. Also, some people don’t have any of these symptoms, and the other half has all of them. The pain sometimes feels like hell, but there are many ways to manage it.
