    The highly anticipated movie of 2022, “Avatar: The Way of Water,” is off to a fantastic start in India. The James Cameron-directed film brought in Rs 41 crore on its first day of release. The movie outperformed “Avengers: Infinity War” and “Spider-Man: No Way Home” in terms of opening day receipts.

    Similar to its predecessor, Avatar: The Way of Water received positive reviews from reviewers both in India and beyond. Although the cost of the movie’s tickets was slightly more than normal, it is still performing well. For those who are unfamiliar, the cost of a typical IMAX seat is now rising to Rs. 2500.
