1. Wearing Dresses in the Work Place
Dresses can be a lot easier to piece together than skirt outfits. Keeping things neutral, this professional look is simple and elegant. Choose a dress that fits you well and doesn’t contain bold patterns and prints that might be more distracting than professional. Jewelry should be simple and charming to match your attire.
2. Keep Work Colors And Patterns Simple
When adding color to a dress style, it is important not to overdo it. Adding too much can really hurt the office look. Use simple patterns instead. Stripes are classy and can utilize a pretty color. This pastel yellow is accessorized with a matching handbag. The remaining accessories are simple and neutral for a perfect office style
3. Office Styles- Wearing Pants to Work
Pantsuits are not the only way to wear pants to work. Pants paired with a neutral blouse and a nice sweater make a classy look that works in and out of the office. You can even throw in some colors to give the style even more flare. Aqua is trendy and looks perfectly fashionable for the working woman.
4. Choosing Colorful Pants to Wear in the Office
If wearing a bright pair of pants to work, you’ll want to keep the rest of your outfit fairly simple. Choose simple but complementary pairings for your top, and keep jewelry and shoes basic. A scarf that uses the same color as the bright pants will help pull the whole look together perfectly.
5. Casual Fridays- Wearing Jeans to the Office
Some office jobs will allow you to wear jeans, or at least on casual Friday. In this case, casual doesn’t mean wearing pajamas to work. Choose clean print jeans rather than one you might wear on the weekend with paint splatters and ripped jeans are best left for after work.

You should look somewhat like this :

This depends on the type of interview. But for most job interviews and MBA interviews, a formal attire is preferred. For Ph.D. interviews and marriage interviews (just saying), a different attire might be used depending on the context.
Here’s the usual dress code for formal attire:
For men:
Ideally, you should wear a full business suit, with a tie as well. The shirt should be light-colored and the suit should generally be dark-colored, though that’s not a strict norm.
I have seen candidates coming for interviews without a suit as well, that is, just wearing a shirt and pants. There is nothing wrong with that in principle, but a suit is generally what everyone wears and is hence preferred.
For women:
Again, a full business suit is preferred. You can wear a skirt or pants as per your wish. Some women candidates also come for interviews in the ethnic attire of kurti-pajama. That is also acceptable.
